I think I have a Groupon addiction and need an Intervention but...we were brought here because of a Groupon once again and it was a hit! It was brought to my attention that this restaurant very recently opened. There were only two other parties there when we arrived and one was sitting at the hibachi table. The restaurant itself is a great sized space with plenty of hibachi grills and a lot of seating in the bar and restaurant area. We decided on hibachi and had a bit of a wait because our hibachi chef was running late. The waitress (I believe her name is Katrina) was very prompt and attentive and the manager brought us out a free appetizer for our wait! The hibachi chef was awesome and the food was even better. I had filet and chicken and my fiancé had lobster and steak. All was cooked perfectly and the fried rice was some of the best I've had! We actually returned again tonight and the experience was just as good as the first. I HIGHLY recommend this spot. You will have a great time and receive great service! I have not tried the sushi yet but will be going back to try it :)

I must admit that Groupon has taken us to many places we probably wouldn't have been in a hurry to go to. This is one of the good ones. I had my doubts about hibachi being a full meal. Through several courses we were entertained and delighted at the quality and quantity of the hibachi meal. Sushi, lobster, shrimp, filet, calamari, miso, and a show at a very reasonable price. We never ran out of anything and were completely full and happy when we left.

Drove to this part of town to visit Mr.Taco only to find it closed. Luckily, this place was next door and open. The lunch specials are great, we got 2 of the 2 sushi roll combos and a bento box. I don't know what is in their clear soup but that stuff makes me happy. The sushi was well made and good quality. Our waitress was also very pleasant and courteous.

This place is REALLY good. Staff is über attentive and sushi is fresh and well made. We had the Christmas roll, cowboy roll and naruto. All were spectacular. When word gets out this place will be packed!

Brought our 2 toddlers for hibachi. This is our second time to this location and we are so glad that we chose it. The staff is always very friendly and we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the hibachi experience to start. Both times, the boys loved the food - and one of the chefs even did balloon animals. We've only tried the shrimp hibachi with rice, the Monroe Roll, a new stuffed mushroom appetizer and the edamame. All were great. Oh, and my 4 year old is smitten with the virgin pina coladas, as they come in coconut cups. We will definitely return.

Amazing sushi!! We eat here pretty much on a weekly basis. I've lived and traveled all over the United States and Europe, and this place rates in my top 5 sushi restaurants. And I'm a huge sushi fan!! These guys have a great selection of rolls with no rice & great fresh raw selections, which is a big plus if you truly enjoy healthy eating and what sushi is all about. The rolls with rice and all the yummy additions are great too! Prices beat 90% of the sushi places in town.. If you like Ichiban, Tsunami, etc.. I guarantee you will LOVE the food here even more. The staff are amazing also. Very friendly and always remember your face and what dishes you enjoy. I recommend this place to everyone!

Very Clean Restraunt, friendly staff. I came here, because of a Groupon Deal (Order $40 worth of food for only $25). It was a damn good deal, and we left with full stomachs and food left over for togobox. The Sushi is good, not the Best Best, but still very good. We ordered LSU Roll, Las Vegas Roll, Rock n Roll. LSU ROLL IS A MUST GET. Deep fried tempura.

Really good sushi, hubs and I had a cali roll, tuna roll, Saints Roll, and a Baton Rouge roll, he also had some miso soup. They have hibachi, and two hibachi tables, but when we went they only had one hibachi chef working for both tables, which seemed a little awkward. Our server Emily was courteous, but almost too fast, it felt like she was rushing us through. The inside is a little drab, maybe they are working on that. I'll probably stick to other favorites around town and try this place again when it's been here for a longer period of time. I was also disappointed to see they have a separate bar section but they still have tvs in the main dining room. Wish we could just go to dinner without being distracted by the tv!!

I took my coworkers to this newly opened restaurant on 1/29/2014. The restaurant looked very clean and pleasant. The manager, Daniel, who just moved to Baton Rouge from Los Angeles, was extremely nice and helped us with our food selection. We ordered couple appeptizers and the boat dinner, and few rolls. The grilled squid appeptizer was awesome, with a tad of spiciness and sweetness. Having lived in Southern California, I have high expectaions with the Asian cuisines. The sushi was fairly fresh and the sushi rice in the rolls and sushi was perfect, with appropriate moist and texture. I loved Fuji, Spicy Titanic and Volcano rolls. The servers, Emily and Katrina were extremely attentive. This is now my go-to sushi and roll place in Baton Rouge.

This place is great! The sushi is wonderful, the servers are on point, and the hibachi cooks are fun, and friendly. They didn't seem busy is at, which is surprising, seeing add how this is by far the BEST hibachi grill around here!! The complimentary fried ice cream and fried cheesecake was the perfect end to an awesome meal.

I ate lunch at this restaurant on a weekday. I found the restaurant very clean. The service was friendly and the food was quickly served. I ordered the two roll option on the menu which comes with your choice of soup. I found it to be delicious. My bill was under $10!! I'd recommend this place to anyone.
